What if my property has been condemned?
That is not an issue. We can still buy your home as is. Demolition orders or not, we will buy it!
Are you Realtors® who just want to list my house?
We’re NOT Realtors® and we’re NOT associated with any real estate agency. We are a real estate investment and solutions company that purchases homes from people like you, in neighborhoods just like yours. However, if you would like to list your home with a real estate agent, we can connect you with one of our recommended agents.
Can you purchase properties & homes in the higher price ranges?
No matter what price range your property falls in, we’ll buy it and do so faster than anybody.
What if I am behind on my payments, in foreclosure, or going through bankruptcy, will you be able to help?

Is there a charge attached to your services?
No! We are committed to helping homeowners at no cost to you.
If I submit your questionnaire, when will I hear from you?
If you contact us online or fill out our Sell Your House form, you will hear from a real estate specialist within 24 hours. Make sure you leave a method of contact like your phone number or email address.
Is there a compensation for homes referred to you?
Yes! Even if you don’t need to sell your home, but you know someone who does, please refer them to us or have them give us a call. We’ll pay you from $500 to $1000 for each house you refer to us that we buy!
